This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Santiago Guy Films LLC ("SGF", "we", "us") operated by Franco Santiago, and you ("Client") upon completion of payment for any service listed on www.santiagoguyfilms.com/offers.
By completing payment through our Stripe checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

Additional services may be added to the offers page over time. Each service will be subject to this same Agreement unless a separate agreement is provided.
One-time services are delivered within 24 hours of the scheduled kickoff call, provided the Client is available and responsive during the working session. "Same day" references on marketing materials refer to the working session day, not the calendar date of payment.
Membership services (Your AI Social Media Manager): The first report is delivered within 5 business days of subscription activation and the kickoff call. Subsequent reports are delivered on a biweekly or monthly cadence depending on the selected plan. Coaching videos are delivered alongside each report.
If the Client is unresponsive or unavailable after the kickoff call, delivery may be delayed accordingly. SGF will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the stated timeframe but is not liable for delays caused by Client unavailability, incomplete information, or third-party service outages.
Get Set Up With Claude ($497): Installation and configuration of Claude AI on Client's machine, custom workflow automations, one-on-one training session, 7-day follow-up support via email, and a custom prompt/shortcut reference guide.
Website in a Day ($797): Custom-designed single-page or multi-section website, mobile-responsive design, deployment to GitHub Pages, domain connection assistance (domain registration cost is Client's responsibility), and basic SEO optimization.
Your AI Social Media Manager — Biweekly ($247/mo): AI-powered analysis of Client's last 30 posts across TikTok and Instagram delivered every two weeks. Includes content performance ranking, engagement breakdown, format and hashtag analysis, personalized coaching video, and a specific action plan for the next two weeks.
Your AI Social Media Manager — Monthly ($147/mo): AI-powered analysis of Client's last 30 posts across TikTok and Instagram delivered once per month. Includes content performance ranking, engagement breakdown, format and hashtag analysis, month-over-month trend tracking, personalized coaching video, and a strategic action plan.
BizAudit Miami ($97): Comprehensive online presence audit across 8 platforms (Google, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Client's website). Includes a full BizAudit report with scoring and analysis, a competitor snapshot of 2-3 local competitors, top 3 priority action items, and a 30-minute 1-on-1 strategy call with Franco to review findings. Delivered within 48 hours of payment.
Reputation Starter Kit ($247): Google review audit with current state analysis and competitor benchmarking, review generation strategy with done-for-you ask templates for SMS, email, and in-person requests, automated follow-up system setup, response templates for both positive and negative reviews, and a 30-day review growth plan with weekly milestones and accountability check-ins.
Websites are deployed to GitHub Pages, a free hosting service provided by GitHub, Inc. SGF is not a hosting provider and does not guarantee the continued availability, uptime, or terms of GitHub Pages or any other third-party platform.
If the Client requires a custom domain name, the Client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining domain registration through a registrar of their choice (e.g., Namecheap, Google Domains). SGF will assist with DNS configuration at no additional charge.
For AI setup services, the Client is responsible for maintaining their own Claude AI subscription and any associated costs with Anthropic.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. One-time services require payment in full at the time of purchase. Membership services (Your AI Social Media Manager) are billed monthly via Stripe subscription.
One-time services refund policy: If SGF has not begun work (i.e., the kickoff call has not occurred), the Client may request a full refund. Once the kickoff call has taken place and work has begun, no refunds will be issued, as the service involves dedicated time and labor that cannot be recovered.
Membership cancellation policy: The Client may cancel their membership at any time through their Stripe billing portal or by emailing welcome@santiagoguyfilms.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial-month refunds will be issued. The Client retains access to all previously delivered reports and coaching materials after cancellation.
The Client agrees to: attend the scheduled kickoff call, provide any requested brand assets, content, or access credentials in a timely manner, be available for questions during the working session, and provide feedback within 48 hours of delivery if revisions are needed.
Each service includes one round of minor revisions within 7 days of delivery. Minor revisions include text changes, color adjustments, layout tweaks, or configuration modifications. Major scope changes (adding new pages, rebuilding sections, additional features) are outside the scope of this Agreement and may be quoted separately.
Upon full payment, the Client owns all deliverables created for their project, including website code, design assets, and configuration files. SGF retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
SGF retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or systems used in the creation process. The Client receives the output, not the underlying methodology.
SGF's total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question. SGF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
SGF does not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or performance metrics from any delivered service.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, login credentials, brand assets, and financial information. This obligation survives the termination of this Agreement.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice via email. If the Client terminates after the kickoff call has occurred, no refund will be issued. If SGF terminates before delivery is complete, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on work completed.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
By completing payment through the Santiago Guy Films Stripe checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Agreement. No physical or digital signature is required — payment constitutes acceptance.
